Why do you need links?

I am sure some of you out there are thinking I have links to my site isn’t that good enough? No, it is never good enough so take a journey with me and learn about how to optimize and understand your web skills.

What are external links?
External links to your site are the links that reside on pages that do not belong to your domain. For example, if you are viewing links for http://www.aftersparkmedia.com, all the links that do not originate from pages on any subdomain of aftersparkmedia.com would appear as external links to your site.

What are internal links?

Internal links to your site are the links that reside on pages that belong to your domain. For example, if you are viewing links for http://www.aftersparkmedia.com/, all the links that originate from pages on any subdomain of google.com, such as http://www.aftersparkmedia.com/ or mobile.google.com, would appear as internal links to your site.

Link Text Importance.
Having numerous links is a plus but, you want to have a set text parameter. (i.e. Affordable Website Design in Dallas, Tx) Try to stick to using these key phrases and it will help your organic search for these search terms.
